What is Personal Training? A personal trainer is a professional fitness specialist who will develop and implement an individualized physical fitness program for their client. The trainer will work one-on-one with each client assessing their level of fitness before the initial assessment, throughout the program, and upon completion. A trainer will help work toward your personal fitness goals through proper exercise instruction, education and motivation. The main goal of personal training is to enhance the components of fitness to reach a healthy goal. The 5 classic components of fitness are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. In combination with a positive mind, good nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle anyone can meet their optimal goals. Our Goals as Your Personal Trainer: When we exercise, our number one goal is to feel great ! And not just after a workout, but all the time. We want to give our clients incentive, incentive to start a workout program and incentive to keep it ! When you feel great, on the inside and out, you enjoy life even more! We hope to provide our clients with exercises that they will enjoy, which will allow their workout to be a pleasure instead of a chore. We also look forward to sharing with our clients some of the knowledge that we have gained over the years! Personal Training works well in conjunction with the other services offered at Chiropractic Wellness and Rehabilitation (Chiropractic care, rehabilitation, massage therapy, acupuncture…) and will allow you to reach your optimal level of health and wellness. We are a multi-disciplinary team interested in the well-being of our patients and clients.
What Will this Cost You? Chiropractic Wellness and Rehabilitation is offering reduced rates for personal training. There is no membership fee, and you do not have to currently be a patient of our clinic, nor do you have to become one. Our rates are below that of any gym facility, and each client will have a 100% private session within our clinic. Please call to inquire regarding fee for service 905-720-1881 Payment must be made prior to session, and packages must be purchased in full via cash, creditcard, or debit. Use of exercise machines is exclusive to your paid training session.
